The Furuno SC-110 Satellite Compass is a high-precision marine navigation sensor that determines a vessel’s heading, position, speed, and rate-of-turn using GPS/GNSS satellite signals. Unlike a conventional magnetic compass, the SC-110 provides accurate heading information without relying on the Earth’s magnetic field.
The system is designed for commercial ships, workboats, fishing vessels, and other marine applications where reliable heading information is required for navigation and connected bridge equipment.
